ONATUS, the solution partner of SOLVUS TECHNOLOGY, produced the first domestic and national machine system using Filament Winding technology and offered it to the Turkish industry.

Filament Winding machines are mostly used for the production of cylindrical structures or closed-end structures. The process is based on the principle of winding the fiber under tension on a rotating axis.

It is possible to achieve the dimensional tolerance and the desired strength in a part suitable for this type of production, with the fiber winding machine we have developed with domestic resources. During the winding of parts with rotational and axial asymmetry, slippage of the fiber is prevented in areas with large diameter changes. In addition, the wrapped products are of high quality.

Our four-axis machine has a system that can wrap asymmetrical parts uninterruptedly on the long axis and rotational axis and can give different thicknesses.

Parts such as long shaft shafts, carcass systems, rocket bodies, rocket casings, fasteners that require rigidity in flying vehicles, rifle grips, turbine panels/poles are produced in high standards.

Parts produced with different fibers using different resins are resistant to high temperatures. It has very high abrasion and breaking strength.
